 Focus on Future Leaders, Inc. focuses on preparing each of its program participants with the necessary information, training and skills for becoming more successful and productive in the community. This stimulating program allows participants to evaluate their individual leadership styles as well as how others perceive their effectiveness as they receive guidance in developing a realistic view of how the community works as a whole.
FOFL has incorporated a rigid and challenging leadership development training curriculum that is unmatched in depth and substance. Each program participant is required to complete the training curriculum. The participants will eventually incorporate the knowledge gained from the training and utilize that information for developing and managing a community-centered class project.
